This new home built on Long Island New York, has a chilled water cooling system along with a hot water hydro air heating system. Chillers are placed far from the house so they can’t be seen or heard. High efficiency condensing gas boilers are installed. Indoor air quality is maintained by fresh air exchangers, high efficiency air filters and clean steam humidifiers.
